Eligible films are limited to feature films exceeding 60 minutes and short films not exceeding 15 minutes, including credits.
Films must have been produced within the 12 months preceding the festival and must not have been presented at any international motion picture event, excluding festivals or events within the film's country of origin.
Distribution must be limited to the country of origin; films must not have been shown on the internet, broadcast on television, or commercially released, including in their country of origin.
Films in languages other than French or English must include French or English subtitles.
Short films must be uploaded directly during registration; no other formats (e.g., DVD, Blu-ray) will be viewed for shorts.
Feature films in Official Selection require theatrical release in France per media chronology rules if selected, and selected films cannot be withdrawn.
